ALL IMAGERY: ALAINA MULLIN

PANTS | CAMI | KIMONO | BELT (sold out, similar)

Taking a break from boho festival looks and sharing something a bit more rocknroll.

Festival season is in full swing and between the beach and the sundrenched fields full of fans…I’m in the mood for dinner in the city in something sleeker.

Skinny mid-waisted waxed denim, a velvet kimono jacket, a delicate camisole with perfectly placed lace insets, and a wrap-around belt –The Kooples offers the best balance of feminine and flirty and edgy and tough.

Worn together for cool summer nights in Nashville, or mixed and matched for travel- these pieces will be in heavy rotation for months to come.

Favorite piece?

This kimono! It’ll look amazing open over cropped tops and short dresses, and with my favorite cut-offs. The Kooples has endless French girl basics, less boho and more backstage. Why do French girls always have the best style?

CMA Festival and Bonnaroo are up next guys, so time to stock up. The Kooples does an amazing job highlighting the best pieces! Shop some of my favorite edits of theirs here and here.

xx M
