I love your more laid back looks! And I’m not sure if you use a filter or photo effect or something, but I love the way your photos always turn out (:
Wow these pictures are gorgeous, they make me want to go exploring!

Love the look, so cool and cute at the same time
Gorgeous setting and I love that tee…but I’m not surprised, since I pretty much love everything from Free People. It’s a tee with a bit of flair and that’s what I like all my clothes to have…flair! Sheree xxx
Btw…I have become obsessed with photography since starting my blog.. I am all about he overall feel and look and capturing a scene. It’s so much more inspiring. Your style is amazing but the photography totally makes it that much more appealing to look at. My husband is not so happy about this since I’m so hard on his “work”…I just wish I could take my own pics ya know…well no you don’t know 😉 Tell your better half he is amazing and you are very lucky to have a man with such an eye. My favorite blog hands down!!!!!
Hi Sheree!
This makes my day! Thank you so much for the kind words and following along with Happily Grey! I am super lucky to have my great friend and Nashville photographer, John Hillin, that does all my imagery. He has an amazing eye and I’m very lucky!
I definitely understand how challenging it is to not get the shot you want. My husband did my imagery for the entire first year and we definitely had our struggles! I’m just glad he was willing to help though! Goodluck to you guys…Happy New Year and thanks for following along!!!! =)
omg I though John was your husband…;)
Cute comfy pieces and loving that bun! My Free People pieces are some of my favorites! Have a lovely weekend!

Hi Mary!
I just want to say I am so inspired by all of the looks you put together. I came across your blog back in September and so happy I did. I love creating looks with different colors and mixing different patterns together. Since following your blog, I see you enjoy doing that as well and that’s why your work really resonates with me!
I can’t wait to see what’s in store for you this year and to continue following along.
p.s. love your new site as well!

LOVE that bag! Can’t believe it’s only $68. Might have to pick one up myself! Thanks for sharing.
I’ve run across your blog recently and saw your feature on StyleBlueprint. I’m a Nashville area blogger too but I focus on interiors (and my husband’s a dentist – I read that yours is in residency for oral surgery). This Grassland entry caught my eye because it’s where I live and it looks like you were almost in our backyard – we back up to the parks and the Little Harpeth River.
Love your style and have been following your on IG. Keep up the great work!
I see a lot of interesting posts on your website.
