I’m very excited to team up with Piperlime today as apart of their Summer City Guide, highlighting a few of my favorite spots in Nashville and what what I wore on my most recent visits! Since moving to Nashville only two years ago, I have quickly fallen in love. From the city that lacks nothing…great food, good shopping, warm faces, beautiful landscapes, and of course, the music. If you haven’t already visited, put it on your list!

Although Nashville has many great coffee houses, CREMA, has always been my go to. The atmosphere, drinks, food…you won’t be disappointed. I typically stick to just a fresh roast or the Masala Chai tea, however every once in awhile I treat myself to Coffee Soda – carbonated coffee mixed with a rind of an orange. The citrus and fizz are a great combo…definitely recommend trying it!

I’ve always loved the simplicity of the t-shirt dress. Basically the equivalent of a well tailored nightgown that’s acceptable to wear in public. Who wouldn’t go for that? I decided to throw this army vest over last minute because I love the green and navy mix, however, it’s substantial enough to be worn alone as well. I finished this look with Piperlime’s  summery Belle sandal. This sandal is by far my favorite summer flat I have. I’ve been on the hunt for several weeks now and was sold the moment I saw them (second to the Isbabel Marant and Vince sandal I almost went with). They are worth it!

Another favorite spot…The Patterson House. This is a mandatory stop for anyone visiting Nashville! Good food, incredible atmosphere, and the best cocktails in town! “Up To My Knees” is my favorite drink I’ve tried so far, but I promise you can’t go wrong. We stopped by here last week and grabbed cocktails before heading to dinner at City House (another one to put on your list). I decided to go with Piperlime’s flirty DVF dress paired with Joe’s Jeans black heel.  I fully anticipate getting a lot of wear out of each of these pieces this summer! FYI- a leather blazer looks amazing with this dress. If it wasn’t already in the 80s here, I would definitely have a blazer with it. In fact, that’s exactly how I’ll be wearing it in London next weekend!
