Raided Topshop a few weeks ago in preparation for festival season and really just summer in general. This year I leaned more to structured pieces, loads of denim, and lots of whites and creams. Basically pieces I could re-wear throughout summer and beginning months of fall. I’ve been dying to find a pair of cream, denim overalls and pair a similar shade underneath… clean, chic white but with a very boyish/sporty vibe. Wear it like this on the street then throw a swim top underneath for live music. Anndd in the fall just do a slouchy knit underneath. One piece, three ways, three seasons… #myfestivalmyway

I love that overalls are coming back in more flattering, slimmer cuts. We used to wear them in high school in the very baggy style (was that really ever a style? LOL, and am I dating myself here?) that was never flattering. Does anyone actually look back on high school photos and love their style, LOL? But actually, I never wore them because I was too tall for any I could find, but I definitely have pictures somewhere of my girl friends in them.
The cut of these is youthful but grown up. Great weekend look.
