Nashville has buildings popping up all the time. This city has changed so much in the few years that I’ve been here, and I’m always looking for new paths!! I found one that I’m loving: the new Gulch Greenway. Open, bike-friendly, outdoor gym, and close to home.
With all kinds of newness, it’s nice to have pieces that are consistent. Nike is a staple for me. This windbreaker is nearly weightless and perfect for those rainy days or when you’re looking to get a good sweat on. Whether I’m on a long distance run, strength training, or just goofing around attempting some old gymnastics moves, these basics cover it all. Nordstrom has a great selection of their core and limited pieces…perfect for bulking up your sports drawer.
Can’t wait to start consistently sharing more about my work out routine! Thinking videos and maybe an interview with my trainer. He’s awesome! You guys will love him!
